Yeah rumors of this have been circulating on financial news for at least days, probably longer. Unfortunately I didn't catch wind of them early enough to trade off it because of the weekend, but whatever. My understanding is that what he's proposing can't actually be done unilaterally, he needs to get it through congress, so there's a substantial chance that all this turns out to be a nothingburger anyway.
