What's the consensus view on the path forward here? Plenty of anecdotal hints that the business is in quasi-liquidation, trading at min. 25% discount to the buy-back PF NAV, trading below the buy-back price, River Capital now owns c.41%. Are we expecting a new River takeover offer or formalisation of liquidation intentions and trying to capture the NAV discount over 12-18 months?
