Hopefully an update from HCW today or tomorrow to provide a bit more clarity about whats going in.
But from the reports, it sounds like hospitals won't stop running and will remain solvent, so rent will be paid.
I expect an update will involve notifying the market about alternative hospital operators coming into HCW facilities.
I think either way, this is a positive update.
