The Healthscope hospitals owned by HCW were always going to continue to operate, a social necessity. If Healthscope doesn't go into administration then the current leases are likely to continue IMO including payment in full of any overdue debt.
So long as buyers are found today's news is positive as Brookfield have thrown in the towel & walked away.
