So I waited for someone else to start it, but why not let the bad boy ramper have a go right?

I called the thread the last year for 3DA because I believe it will be only a matter of time before we get a T/O offer from either ADDMAN or their owners, American Indus- trial Partners (AIP). But either way, we keep going independently or we get a Partnership or a complete T/O offer, I will be happy either way. I plan to semi retire at the end of this year and will wiat and see what suits me going forward, where Hank leads us.

So back to 2026, are we talking FY 2026 or CY 2026? I think I'll be posting about FY 2026 because I am hoping we will be cash flow positive ++++ by then. I'll make this simple, a list of goals with expectations and accomplished goals with what has also been said. It'll make more sense when you see the list. Anyone wanting to copy paste and add to the list themselves, more than happy for you to do so.
    Progress;
    • Amaero guidance we need $72 Million to get as fully up and running. $100 Million in CR funds and loans
    • Source grants and cheap electricity. 10 year deal on power and gets grants from federal and state governments.
    • Reduce the expected fit out of the facility by $15 Million through good engineering solutions.
    • Gets a corporate lending facility of $7.5 million (no dilution to SH)

Amaero is involved in the America Makes MATCHAS Project (2024), titled Maturing AM Technology for Nb-C103 in Hypersonics and Space. According to the available information, Amaero collaborates with Castheon and other partners to enhance the feedstock supply chains for Nb-C103, a high-temperature refractory alloy critical for hypersonic and space applications. Specifically:

    • Amaero’s Role: Amaero works alongside Castheon, ATI, AP&C, and 6K Additive to qualify extended powder sizes (15-180 μm) for Nb-C103, focusing on cost-efficiency and performance for additive manufacturing. Amaero’s expertise in producing high-value C103 and refractory alloy powders is leveraged to ensure material integrity and reliability for laser powder bed fusion (PBF-LB) processes, while FormAlloy handles directed energy deposition (DED) processes
    • Project Context: The $3.6 million project, led by Castheon, aims to optimize Nb-C103 powder feedstock by qualifying an extended particle size distribution to reduce costs and improve productivity. Amaero’s involvement strengthens the domestic supply chain for refractory alloys, supporting applications in hypersonics and space propulsion, with testing led by NASA Glenn Research Center and NSL Analytical Services.
    • Other Involved Organizations: As previously noted, the MATCHAS project includes:
      • Castheon (Principal/Lead)
      • Lockheed Martin
      • Blue Origin
      • Firefly Aerospace
      • ATI Inc.
      • Heraeus AMLOY Technologies
      • Elnik Systems
      • NASA (Glenn and Langley Research Centers)
      • NSL Analytical Services
      • The Ohio State University
      • Proven Process
      • Additional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Amaero’s participation aligns with its broader strategy as a leading U.S. domestic producer of C103, refractory, and titanium powders for additive manufacturing, particularly for defense, space, and aviation industries. Its collaboration with ADDMAN Group (Castheon’s parent company) through a preferred supplier agreement for C103 powder further underscores its role in advancing refractory alloy capabilities for projects like MATCHAS

So just a summary these companies are testing/using/knowledgeable on Amaero, what we ar doing and the quality of our c-103. My guess is Hank and the team are smarter than that and they are also knowledgeable on all the Amaero can offer, with HIP and other Alloys.
