Maybe if everything remains the same, RCF aren't taking a placement at 3.2c without the ability to influence the outcome. RCF dont usually request BOD oversight which should be telling people plenty.
Have a look at the deal they did with PLS and how a change of management of the altura project turned it from a loser into a cash generation machine. RCF have lined up NAL as another project where a simple change of management will result in significant upside to project valuation.
