I think you failed to highlight one of they key points. "These early eNVMs have their own strengths and weaknesses and they are expected to complement each other and coexist in the market."
Sounds like solid advice, but if Samsung want to compete for Foundry services for the ReRAM slice they better get some IP on the shelves?
