China was in the strongest position and still is.That is why Trump caved and got rid of the tariffs. He begged China to talk and he lost any advantage he had.Very embarrassing for the US. Thy played hardball - and lost. He thought China would bend but they just stood their ground.All bullies are essentially weak, and Trump is proof of that.
