Good question Gitmo, having been involved with these type of things previously in listed companies it really depends what else is not public knowledge.
The rules are fairly strict - if there is no need for the TH to remain it will not, however DW is shrewd and it is likely he will have some more ammo up his sleeve for Friday to torpedo the shorts and give them a tiny window Friday to begin the lemmings jumping, let them sweat over the weekend and Monday will see a torrent of lemmings.
