One independent director (Heidi Beck) already left without any clear reasoning - its not hard to speculate what could have happened - considering straight after Misquitta loyalist Lubna Matta took over the reigns as "Executive Director" (give me a break). if LM has some grey cells she would look at how Roseanne's being handled and resign on her own and never speak to DM again.

So now it is clear that

DM and his posies would vote against Greg Johnson (who is truly a great director and a person with integrity and strength)
Are trying to get rid of Roseanne Healy - who by latest moves have done all the right things including seemingly appointing a great CEO

If they succeed in that - most likely this is done to find a way to acquire more of Genius centres to get Darren out of a little pickle
