Interesting, shows confidence from new director.
However, ASX rules say directors should not purchase several days (7 I think) before price sensitive announcements. This purchase was a day before the quarterly. As he was actually appointed on the 1st of May I suppose this circumvents the ASX rules, but it is a bit muddy. When I first saw this, I thought the possibility of a price sensitive announcement, good or bad, was not likely in the next week, now not so sure.
