The CHMP has been submitted to the Aboriganal Council or whatever it is. They then have 30 days to approve/disapprove before it is relodged with Geelong council. Given the application already exists a decision is expected within a week or so of re submission once at council.
Slick - you are right at this stage. You own this company based on what they have said they will deliver and you are also paying for the upside of a future expansion that is unparalleled in terms of earnings potential for the price you paying.
Nonetheless, they either will or will not deliver. Unfortunatley for this one, once news drops it is too late to get the position so it one is called for now if you understand where it could go on any numbe rof items.
If you evaluate what announcements are expected it is difficult to imagine a negative surprise that could decimate the share price - besides another technological advancement beyond the Alnak.
Having said that - anything is possible and we invest a this stage of the game with probability on our side.
I am confident this company will deliver on their stated goals and we will be rewarded in the near term but Slick is right - at this stage of the game targets need to be met. But be mindful of what these targets are and the impact they could have. Realtive to the current share price, the risk reward is well in our favour.
