    SWF may have halted construction funds - knowing mnb need money for survival going forward

    Mnb need to raise more capital

    Why waste money if 2025 timelines have no chance of being met

    BAI needs certainty

    Hence SWF guarantee approval delayed etc

    Why no photos since April 15th etc

    2024 revisited but only harder to get money now
