Danger, danger Will Robinson!!!!! If what you are saying is correct (and I have no reason to believe otherwise)then that's a big alarm bell going off. Novogenesis says that there is a lack of bigger institutional shareholder investment into PPY. This suggests that the power of veto is non existant. Again if this is true it suggests to me that the board has carte blanche over any proposal and that mum and dad investors will always be easy prey. What a shame people have to lose money on such a good idea!!!!!
