JMS still owns 49.9% of the Tsipi mine.
The 20.88% sale of JMS shares from one party to another party, doesn't change Jupiter's ownership % in the mine at this point in time.
Control is different to how all the equivalent shares are held across multiple structures.
There may be another deal unknown to the market, we will find out.
