I’d say Tanz govt sprung this on both Peak and Shenghe at short notice, (possibly after several lower level warnings)

So a sudden scramble and need for more time.
All due to Shenghe (and their govt) overplaying their hand.
Its great to finally see Shenghe getting the squeeze.
