Spot on.
Their franking account must be massive - all those profits not distributed. That is the real issue as they have the ability to distribute tax effective income but instead do share buybacks at massive discounts to get rid of the franking credits. Just make sure you line up for the off markets to get some of the value - normally pretty good.
