I don't see where anyone is claiming it's approved .
obviously it's going to take five plus years to get it approved
unless some fast track route to fda approval comes along .
the fact that there is a reasonable ( no guarantee) chance of success to such a large TAM is the reason for optimism.
all P n v has done to date in this field is supply free product .
the news is positive for now and shorters are currently getting squeezed.
if the shorts were low would we see the price reaction , probably not too this extent , but the price wouldn't have dropped down this low either without shorters doing their thing to begin with .
UT one would have to think you may have shorted this stock , if this is the case then you have to consider your options .
personally I'm more interested in what comes out in fridays presentation.
I can't see there being anything negative there can you?
