Nyobolt commits to purchasing ~3,000 tonnes total of Talnode®-C at a
fixed price for an initial term of four years commencing from 13 May 2025. Initial supply will be from
Talga’s Electric Vehicle Anode (EVA) demonstration plant in Luleå, with the balance to be from the
commercial Anode Refinery in Luleå, planned for construction to commence in 2026 subject to FID
