Did any of you commenting actually READ the change of Director interest. It happened over 3 years ago!

AND, it was "part of a domestic settlement/arrangement" (Divorce?)
So this whole thing is a beat up. I agree should have been disclosed, but years ago...
As far as the share price dropping, especially today, I too am getting nervous about the TO offer. I am happy I sold 80% of my shares around $7.28 but now debating picking up some at this price or selling out the last ones or hanging in there. Do I feel 'lucky' today?
