Maybe but if they were going to do a cap raise why not soon after Dfs ? It seems to me that debt financing and Nordic bonds are what is taking more time to negotiate . With 7 time sheets to consider it would seem a cr should not be necessary , hopefully this extra time taken for negotiating post dfs is because Ron is trying to avoid any further dilution , something he has often said .
