Australian has huge sovereign risk these days with our ALP governments I'm afraid - change the rules to suit them and their political agenda, and don't give a toss about business or shareholders. Happens a lot in energy. It's why big money will not flow into our country as it is.
I hope for the best - but NRW considering the implications of the emended bill sounds ominous to me.
