I think that is the general premise on both counts Grumpy.
I went and had a look back through the PEA and energy costs per tonne were something like $2.77. Therefore I am still comfortable with my estimate of an increase in costs of $1-2 per tonne processed (likely towards the bottom end of that range). But I think at spot its adding revenue of $6-8/t. It makes total sense to me but I am not an engineer so might be missing something.
