the release on 14th Feb suggests to me that they might choke Teal down pretty much from the beginning of flow (or after initial clean up). I would expect them to wait until they have the reserves valuation and, supposing that they do have land acquisition in mind, wait until they have some form of heads of agreement.

But they could be preparing the ground.

I suppose that we shall know soon enough.
