Hello sabine but as with all contracts, this is not about fairness rather the quality of the security. So called. Another poster used the term 'assumed'. We should assume nothing rather expect that NRW sought the very best legal advice on the offer of the so called security. I'd be interested where this advice was obtained and expect that it wasn't the same mob that came up with the Samsung contract and its consequence. Cheers.
