It really doesn't matter how many boards he is on, as long as he does a good job and the stock performs so share holders benefit that's all that really matters.
By the way Mr Wood holds about 46,000,000 shares or 2.42% of SBL. Some directors in other listed companies don't even own shares in their own companies.....
