Let me give you example. Dril can only dril, it can not plug the hole or provide gold or iron ore growth. BTM can and does many things and it's more versatile than you tool. So in your unbiased opinion, is it at all possible that out there is some biotech company that has already gone through successful trials and may be thinking that the "drilling" could be more successful by using this new drill that they jave not considered previously. If your opinion is that the announcement is just smoke and mirrors, that is fine. Other opinions (one closer to understanding the BTM tech) may think otherwise. And price sensitive announcement doesn't mean that PNV is worth $3bil overnight. It just means it is price sensitive, either positive or negative. Out of curiosity, do you see the announcement as a positive or negative in the context of the announcement, and announcement alone?
