1. No rent will be lost ( they are losing rent since March) 2. New tenant lining up (nothing happened since last year and no new lease signed) 3. HMC bought debt which is good (HMC sold debt ) 4. Dividend yield will be 7.2c ...( HCW cancelled paying dividend since last quarter) 5. Cheap buy at $1 (it is still trading at 82c) 6. Government will save hospital (government multiple times denied doing it)
