To be fair, it might not be that the strategy is terrible. Hard to know without being there and having very little insight into the health of all the games individually. It could just be that the focus of communication from the company was too focused on these releases. And people probably brought into it too easily.
This was never a multiple $100M opportunity, at that point the best case scenario was already baked in to the price. But at $30M, its almost the opposite. That is a much better entry point.
