And then there was 1…..We think CC Capital will go binding on Insignia Financial $IFL but revise price lower to $4.30-60 range Board saves face & recommends citing tariffs etcI should note CC was the under bidder for the MLC assets in 2020 when $IFL won the auction Hence they would be keen to own this biz CC is a family office with long term mindset rather than short term like PE (Bain etc) Hence we believe they view value differently Risk/reward at $3.30s is interesting (30%+ upside vs -10% downside) (Held)
