I seem to remember that the actual number of gullible/non thinkers was just over 30%.
As the initial offering of the clot shots were eagerly taken up by the gullible, once the initial rush slowed down then the coercive tactics started.
Plus you have to add on a percentage of people who got their shots recorded but didn’t actually have them (i know a few did that).
The 95% quotes are very rubbery.
