If you purchased PEK at 10cents a few weeks back you'd be laughing, but not the long-term shareholders, many have gone through a 10:1 consolidation as well, basically for them PEK is going to be sold at 3.6 cents/share, Chinese are offering 36 cents/ share. our old mate who like dishing out advice on the IXR threads should have paid more attention to his own investment.
