Add to this.... unlike super high-grade deep gold veins, these Niobium intercepts are a horizontal blanket, 100's of meters long and 10-30m thick!!! Shallow, open pit and free dig....worth thousands of dollars a tonne. Its hard to fathom the value that could be quickly extracted once up and going.
