It's not an issue. Collections have been improving dramatically since they turned their attention to address the issue. Jan confirmed that in his 7 years as CFO, they've basically never had a default. As I mentioned before, we are dealing with hospitals, and it is extremely unlikely they ever just go broke or refuse to pay at all for any reason.
Most likely, they will end up with a lot more cash at the end of the half than when they started.
