VIARO & RRE had enough time since OCT 2024 to make a decision to go ahead with JV and spend few hundred million or stay back play the game as they doing now
HHR has two choices :
take JV agreement to the court and claim the their penalty
so for this matter they have to give 28 days notice to RRE & VIARO by the law
this cost HHR fortune as they have to pay for all legal fee and lawyers in €EURO
VIARO knows about HHR financial weakness and they try to stretch this proceeding in court to stop the HHR to go further
in one hand HHR is paying legal fees and this proceeding battle won't be easy and quick like any other business proceeding in court
in other hand HHR has no income and burning their capital and have to find other buyer
this could be end of HHR
