The story is even though Tiger lost the vote by 84%. as NO on the last vote, LCL Management claimed post the vote there was still a 60 days exclusivity. LCL Management lied to Visby while they sorted out a new deal. during this period post the last vote If you notice the initial vote was on February 19, 2025. Tiger came back after haggling and trying to match/better Visby's bid, which they only did by headline number - not by substance, on April 17th (just shy of the 60 days). Visby was ready to move on April 20th but didn't get the opportunity. After speaking with their lawyers/advisors, they were advised to re-attempt their binding offers only to be shot down again. NET: It is clear LCL Management has a HUGE Conflict of interest and are NOT acting in the best interests of shareholders.
