Smart management would have used the capital raised funds to focus on step 1 of our business , get our rare earths to production and start generating some cash.
NEO price dropped immediately after our purchase and has never recovered.HAS was sucked in , big time.
Now HAS effectively sells NEO for almost half our buy price , and we need that money and giving away 60% and control of our key asset to clear our debts to Wyloo.
