Thanks Giz for submitting this. I noticed that both Jeremy's took a slightly different approach in their submission. Did you take a different approach again? I am trying to understand how this process works. I note your feeling that the process will not be fair for the minority share holders. Why do you say this? Shouldn't the process be balanced and isn't this why the TOP exists?
