I do think the buttons are ready to press. As far as the EPA is concerned, the likelihood of there still being a court case is very low imo. The schedule for end of May surely would not have been announced if LMG knew any such case could drag on for yonks. I know, anything is possible.
Nevertheless... In the last Quarterly Report on the 31st of March, LMG stated that the EPA operating permit, was (at the time of the report), "currently under final review." In addition it was stated, "LMG does not foresee any delays in receiving EPA approval to start operations."
We can only think on what we have been told, so I'm still hopeful that if there is a delay, it won't be prolonged.
