hmmm....although David has been out of the day-to-day operations of the company, I suspect as the founder and Chairman (not sure he was really doing a formal 'CEO' role), him stepping away is going to leave a bit of a gap at least at teh board level.
Not sure how much Fiona was involved (certainly owns enough shares so I'm assuming she was engaged at least from a personal interest perspective), but at least Vlad has been running the operations for years now and is probably the person that all the stakeholders dealt with.
So how much does this drop on Monday.......they have not indicated anything about David's shareholding, but let's hope he still sticks to the 12 mth escrow period he indicated in his sale in Mar this year.
Stepping away from the immediate impact, holding DDR since ~2016 has certainly made some of mistakes I've made with other holdings a little easier to stomach, so a bit sad to see David step away, but I believe he has left the company in good hands (with Vlad & Mary) and lets hope they can continue to grow what he built
