IMO the next lot of drilling is the pivot point. The current drilling is focused on filling in the Ricciardo MRE gaps and identifying high Grade Sb deposits based upon knowledge the Geo's have gained working at Ricciardo
The goal is to achieve 3Moz AuEq at Ricciardo by the second half of 2025. 3Moz AuEq is the hurdle MRE to start a 2-to-3-year pathway to production. Lot's of different options to start producing.
WA8's current strategy is to keep drilling to create a globally significant resource which creates Shareholder value. This is strategy has worked for SPR?
How much more Sb is needed to make Ricciardo a globally significant resource? The current 60kt of Sb is already significant. Amanda was confident of finding more high-grade Sb quickly through drilling.
IMO, the next MRE update, from current drilling, will achieve the MRE target of 3Moz AuEq, and it will create a globally significant SB deposit (for the West anyway) resulting in a huge favorable Share Price Pivot.
WA8 will then be a similar position to SPR i.e. high MC, resources ready to move to production and a lot of interested buyers. How Amanda and the team manage this interest will determine future shareholder value and which pathway to production option they chose i.e. go it alone, M&A or JV with a suitable company.
WA8 is still a gold company (always expressed in AuEq) but the Antimony can make the deposit globally significant and thus enable the Gold deposits to be developed properly.
A good (golden) time to be a WA8 shareholder!!
