Hi @Tarvoid, yes I have read of all these side effects, which frankly terrify me.
I know of course, all the things which I should and should not be doing.
But I have several complicated issues, which I do not feel comfortable really discussing here.

But I can say that 6 years ago, I had a nervous breakdown. That is when I was totally unable to leave my bed apart from an odd hour here and there.
I could not even have a shower as my anxiety was through the roof.
Then of course the weight piled on.

So many other things, but I have agoraphobia, cannot drive, cannot enter a shop etc etc.
Drink more than I should to stop my head whirring round.
In case anyone asks, yes I have had counselling and seen psychologists and psychiatrists.

So, I started to think, maybe I will have a heart attack/stroke/cancer or whatever, so just wanted to weigh up the pros and cons.
But I am slowly improving, working on myself daily. My diet is excellent and I do take a lot of vitamins, very much researched.
    I can now have showers

I have started to really crave protein, so have increased that.
I think that is enough for now, thanks to all for trying to help.
