This is still a firm against for me. It will still dilute everyone by roughly 85 percent (the last one was about a 90 percent or a bit more dilution).
Seems like there is more against than for which is encouraging and you can see they released this to Yahoo finance to promote it ……
It’s another very average deal for Shareholders and takes us from 27,000,000 SOI to over 200,000,000 and they have to smash an ATM which is further dilution.
They should have used the ATM on the back of PSIGAD results last year when we we at 6-7USD and had share turnover of 13 million the day of the announcement and 1 million the next day, that was the clear plan I was told, raise on the back of PSI GAD. Even after that we were at 3-4 dollars so waiting to do deal with Arena and now this group on these terms is not good enough for guys who are paid very well and are requesting more remuneration.
