The potential of LDA to influence dictate future Co decisions and direction is to me as a shareholder is very concerning (and thats assuming theyre not already doing that) because I dont think they give a rats about protecting or increasing shareholder value, iys all about milking this. Its really not a stretch to say further capital raises are coming , even the TRIM capital report forecasts capital raises for the next 5 years, soo that potential power will just keep increasing.
Is it legal ? IMO asx and asic should be looking hard at this, as a mimnmum the shambolic asx redomicile announcement and Chairmans agm contradiction
The question I still have is WHO put THE proposal to the board to redomocile to the US? Chairman Viana said that once the propsal was recieved they were duty bound to 'evaluate' it , and how long ago was it?
