Again, we know IMU will need to do a CR either next quarter if they spend the same $20M on R&D this quarter and the $26M warrant isn't exercise. If they don't and it's significantly less then it will be in Q4 as PH has stated after the clinical trial updates for OASIS and Azer-Cel are released if the $26M warrant isn't exercise. CVI can only convert $4M worth of share every 12 months.
