@310843B 6 years ago when I visited a fellow poster, I am still in touch with, one @NoBoDe - and he - then - visited the highlands and forests of Eastern Victoria on a regular basis in search of mushrooms. No longer - he is confined to his humble home, attached to oxygen bottles. We even saw and heard the noise of brumbies in the bush when I was there - he claims there are still lots about - then. This morning there was an interview with someone on Radio National, who raved on about how one habitat had been so beautifully restored since they had gotten rid of the brumbies, where private persons often gave some of the 'condemned' horses a home. I wasn't paying attention, as the former interview was much more interesting (with Thomas Friedman, about the Trump tour).
YOur constant reference to 'greenies' and your 'nic' marks you as a thoroughly prejudiced individual, whose opinions are always seen through your politically tinted glasses and I would, at least thoroughly examine them before responding, but I have done enough of that, to know that you are always talking from prejudice. I do feel sorry for you, because it leaves no room for your mind to develop. Taurisk
