At this stage, I would be happy to revert back to how the company was 4/5 years ago, i.e., cash-flow positive and no debt. And then just let the commodity price do his thing.
This empire-building exercise of the last few years was mediocre and a value-destruction showdown.
In a 'normal' company-setting, there is no way the responsible would have lasted this long.... having said that, the majority of the shareholders keeps approving remuneration reports and so forth so I guess we get what we deserve. As I said in other forums, our very own 'she will be all right'-attitude drives me crazy!
