Overall, a last desperate attempt to get CR done. I have never seen so many extensions in my 15 years of trading. Now there is desperate attemt to get it over the line. Remember, Mr N only needs 500k to book the CR so that he can play with CR.

The CR was announced on 5th Feb. Today its 17th May. Raise your hands if you have seen so many extensions. When the SPP was announced, I had a post.

If you look thru my posts when CR was announced, I had categorically said one thing. Most noticiable is that they can extend SPP for close to 4 months. I asked, why there is so much in announcement around extending. I said maybe they don't expect to raise. Unfortunately, it played that way. I have never seen a SPP announcement where focus is not on oversubscription but how long to extend. I had written why was that. Those in helm, like Mr N knew what **it they have created. They had very little hope of holders supporting anything. They thought they will keep SPP long enough, like 4 months, and there may be a short time a few may succumb. Clever.

Overall, its a shell. A dead shell. There is much better play out there, even for those who don't care about losing. For those who care. the best one can do is blame management, others etc. Of course, you were mislead, and its nothing to do with your competence. See, its so easy if you want to make it.

As always I have said, no finance for BV for 14 years. But most importantly think - last couple of years Mr N was all over the shop. He has more or less disappeared. Have you ever thought why? I know you have a lot of resilience and don't want to give up and are ready to go the bottom. But Mr N is different. He saw its going to bottom. He doesn't want to go to bottom. He feels he has noting to lose. Because nothing is left? Do the holders have anything left?
