The sale of EGH is certainly a load off my mind. I was always concerned that if the takeover didn’t succeed, that they would have difficulty on the exit. EGH IMHO was too spread out geographically, had aged “trailer park” type villages in good coastal areas, but seemed too focussed in amassing quantity, rather than quality.
I don’t know what posters emphasis on Victoria is, I think that is the last place you would want to be ATM, but irrespective, Apz have their hands full over in WA and the Adelaide Hills project. I will be taking up my rights to the maximum possible amount (depending on funds availability)
