So - who wants to do the numbers.
US$200m to produce 250tpa or 250,000 kg pa.
Lets take a conservative cost of capital of 5% (very conservative) - that means US$10mpa just to "pay for using the capital".
So use of capital alone needs to generate a sell price (before anything else - ie product costs, return of the capital, maintenance etc) of US$40/kg. This is just plain laughable - I dont care how you dress this up - demo plant, trial plant - whatever.
This stuff is just ludicrous
